PUBLIC NOTICE
The Joint Commission may conduct an unannounced accreditation survey of this organization, Family HealthCare Center, at any time. The purpose of the survey will be to evaluate Family HealthCare Center’s continuous compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards. The survey results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be awarded to Family HealthCare Center.
Joint Commission standards deal with organizational quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which care is provided. If an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety at Family HealthCare Center, that have not been addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact the clinic at (701) 271-3344. If concerns cannot be resolved through a staff representative, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission. Contact information for the Joint Commission is as follows:
