FRIDAY, AUGUST 13th

FHC/FPD "Triathlon" - The end of the week called for some silly fun, and that's exactly what we had!

The course consisted of running in flippers, riding a kick scooter, and jumproping.  FHC's Eric Blum and Fargo Police Captain Dave Todd gave it their all.

Officer Amy Emerson and FHC physicians assistant Jay Metzger also ran the course and displayed good sportsmanship afterward.

FHC Executive Director Patricia Patron was brave enough to give the course a try.
