FHC patient care services are designed based on documented community need. As a result, a priority focus is placed on patient relations, their interests, needs, and expectations. FHC has an active Patient Advisory Council that reports both to the leadership team as well as to the Board of Directors. The Patient Advisory Council serves to bridge the gap between patients and providers for continued improvement of health care.  This level of close communication allows the voice of the customer to be heard on a monthly basis and their concerns to be taken into consideration when planning activities or determining improvement processes to be addressed in clinic operations.
