Extensive research has shown that many chronic illnesses such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure are caused largely by lifestyle choices. Family HealthCare Center’s Therapeutic Lifestyle Program focuses on disease prevention and management through development of lifestyle habits that our patients can live with and thrive on for the rest of their lives. Services are based on four elements: nutrition, physical activity, medication management, and stress management.
