Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a service offered through Medicare D coverage.  Some plans allow the MTM to be performed at the patient's pharmacy.  All of the pharmacists at the Family HealthCare Pharmacy are trained and qualified to perform this service for Medicare D patients.  All patients of the Family HealthCare Pharmacy are invited to bring any questions or concerns about their medications and treatment plans to the pharmacists.
