Family Practice



Jay grew up in Hope, ND. He served as a medic in the Army, a paramedic for FM Ambulance for 6 years, and attended PA school in Des Moines, IA.

Jay received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. His previous professional experience includes general and trauma work at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse, WI and emergency department duties at Clearwater County Memorial Hospital in Bagley.

Jay enjoys fishing, hunting, running and spending time with his family.
