Family HealthCare Center: Volunteer for Guest Services

Description: This opportunity is for an individual who would like to assist Family HealthCare Center staff to monitor the waiting room area.

Duties:
Assistance is needed for a person to:
1.Greet visitors and patients in the lobby
2.Answer questions, (i.e. where is the rest room? the pharmacy?)
3.Supply water as requested
4.Coordinate with clinical staff on wait time for patients as requested
5.Supply magazines, newspapers, kleenix and childrens books, if needed
6.Try to keep area tidy

Schedule:  Clinic hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Volunteer hours are flexible.
