About Pamela Leino-Mills, MA, LRD, CDCES

As a Lifestyle Medicine Provider, Pam provides medical nutrition services, lifestyle therapy, diabetes, and health education within Family HealthCare.

Education

Pam graduated from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, with a Bachelor of Science degree in foods and nutrition.  She completed her dietetic internship at the University of California Medical Center, San Francisco, CA.  Pam earned a master of arts (MA) in communication – with emphasis on health communication — from North Dakota State University (NDSU), Fargo, ND.

Pam is a licensed, registered dietitian (LRD), which means that she has fulfilled the necessary National criteria established by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and North Dakota criteria established by the ND Board of Dietetic Practice. Both regulating agencies require maintenance of continued professional education.

Interests and Activities

In her personal time, Pam enjoys walking with her dogs and cross country skiing.  She delights in spending time with family and friends, reading books, and creating art.
